*Some telecommunications services are not regulated by the PUC, even if they are provided by CenturyLink Communications. For example, the PUC does not have jurisdiction over cellular or wireless phone services, or high-speed data services such as digital subscriber line (DSL). These are considered competitive services under Colorado law. If you are not satisfied with one provider, you may choose another. The PUC also does not regulate cable television companies, or Internet service providers (ISPs).
