– Is it safe to enter my credit card information in Account Info?
Yes. Account Info https://accountinfo.estreet.com uses a 256bit SSL certificate to keep everything you enter in Account Info secure.
– Can I view a detailed list of the services and fees from E Street?
To view your services and fees, hover over the ‘Account’ menu, then click on ‘Service and Fees’. This will show all of your recurring monthly and yearly services and fees. One time charges and special renewals (such as SSL certificates) do not show up online.
– Can I update the email addresses used to contact me for various notifications?
You can update your main, invoice receipt and overdue notice address by hovering over the ‘Account’ menu then clicking ‘Contact nfo’.
If you receive eInvoices, this address is updated under the ‘Account’ menu, then ‘Billing setup’.
For domain renewal reminders, hover over the ‘Domains’ menu and click ‘Notification’.
If you need to update contact information (WHOIS) for a domain you have registered with us, hover over the ‘Domains’ menu, click on ‘List’, then click on a domain to get the domain details. Edit the appropriate contacts to update your domain contact email.
How to’s
– Pay invoices online
Click the ‘Invoices’ menu. From the invoice list, select the invoice(s) you wish to pay by clicking the box to the left of the invoice number, then click the ‘Pay Selected’ button.
– Change payment method or schedule
Hover over the ‘Account’ menu and click on ‘Billing setup’. Use the links at the bottom of the payment setup screen to update your current payment info or change your payment method or schedule.
– Register a domain
Hover over the ‘Domains’ menu, then click ‘New’. Follow the screens to register your new domain.
– Renew a domain
Hover over the ‘Domains’ then click on ‘List’. Select the domains you wish to renew by clicking the check box to the left of the domain name, then click the ‘Renew selected’ button at the bottom of the page.
– Change name servers
Hover over the ‘Domains’ menu then click on ‘List’ to see the domains you have registered with E Street. Click on the domain you wish to change the name servers on. Once the domain detail page has loaded, use the ‘Edit’ link found in the Name Servers section of the domain detail.
– Edit contact information (WHOIS)
Hover over the ‘Domains’ menu and click on ‘List’. Click the domain you wish to change the contact info on. Use the ‘Edit’ links to get to the forms needed to update the information.
– Unlock a domain for transfer and receive the transfer authorization code
Unlocking and retrieval of the transfer authorization code cannot be done online. Contact ‘support@estreet.com’ to have the domain unlocked and the authorization code emailed to the domain registrant. If the email address on the domain registrant is out of date, MAKE SURE the registrant info is up to date so the codes are emailed to the correct address. We cannot mail the info to an address other than what is listed as the registrant contact.
