Once you have your account settings you can select your email application from the list below to find the appropriate instructions.
Microsoft Outlook
-The first step will be signing into your webmail site. Many Kerio Connect users will use https://cal.estreet.com as their webmail URL but those with their own Kerio Virtual Private Server will use a different URL (https://mail.[yourdomainname].com). You can find your webmail URL using the settings link listed at the top of this page. Your username is your full email address and the password is your email account password.
-Once logged into webmail, click on your name in the upper right corner and select “Integration with Windows” from the menu.
-Click the button to download the “Kerio Outlook Connector“. Once the software finishes downloading you’ll want to open/run the file the install the Kerio Outlook Connector.
-Once the Kerio Outlook Connector is successfully installed, go back to the “Integration with Windows” page and click the button to download the “Auto-configure tool”. Run that file once it’s finished downloading and that will complete the setup. Your Outlook should be configured for your Kerio Connect email account.
-Once logged into webmail, click on your name in the upper right corner and select “Integration with Windows” from the menu.
-Click the button to download the “Kerio Outlook Connector“. Once the software finishes downloading you’ll want to open/run the file the install the Kerio Outlook Connector.
-Once the Kerio Outlook Connector is successfully installed, go back to the “Integration with Windows” page and click the button to download the “Auto-configure tool”. Run that file once it’s finished downloading and that will complete the setup. Your Outlook should be configured for your Kerio Connect email account.
Outlook for Mac
-Click on the “Tools” menu in Outlook for Mac and select “Accounts“.
-Click the + sign in the lower-left corner and select “New account“.
-Enter your email address and click “Continue.
-Select “Exchange” as the account type and click Next. Outlook for Mac may automatically detect that you’re using an Exchange and may skip this step.
-Now enter the following settings. If you don’t know your email settings you can find them using the link at the top of this page.
–Method: Username and Password
–Email address: Your full email address
–Username: Your full email address
–Password: Your email password
–Server: Your server name*

-Click “Add Account” to complete the setup.
-Click the + sign in the lower-left corner and select “New account“.
-Enter your email address and click “Continue.

Apple Mail
-Open the Mail app and click on the “Mail” menu in the upper-right of your computer screen. Select “Settings” (or “Preferences” in older versions of Mail).
-Click the + sign in the lower-left corner
-Choose “Exchange” and click “Continue“
-Enter your email address and password then click “Sign in“
-Click “Configure manually”
-Enter your email password and then click “Sign in“
-If Apple Mail does not automatically detect your server name then it may ask you to manually enter that information. -Now click “Done” to complete the setup.

iOS devices (iPhone and iPad)
-Tap on the “Settings” icon
-Go to the “Mail” section
-Tap “Add Account” and select “Exchange”
-Enter your email address and click Next.
-Now enter the following settings:
–Server: Your server name*
–Domain: leave this field blank
–Username: Your full email address
–Password: Your email password

-Click Next then Save to complete the setup.

-In the Outlook app, tap on the icon in the top upper-left corner of the app window.
-Now tap the gear icon in the lower-left corner
-Now tap “Add Mail Account” and select “Add email account“
-Enter your full email address and tap “Continue“
-Select “IMAP” as the account type
-Enter the following settings. You can find the correct settings using the link at the top of this page.
–Display Name: your full name
–Description: your full email address
–IMAP Host Name: your incoming server name
–Port: 993
–Security Type: SSL/TLS
–IMAP Username: your full email address
–IMAP Password: your email password
–SMTP Host Name: your outgoing server name
–Port: 465
–Security Type: SSL/TLS
–SMTP Username: your full email address
–SMTP Password: your email password
-Once all of the settings have been entered, click the checkmark icon in the upper-right to save the account.
-Now tap the gear icon in the lower-left corner
-Now tap “Add Mail Account” and select “Add email account“
