If your mailbox is completely full you may have trouble deleting messages from the webmail interface. This is because the normal “Delete” function simply moves the message to the “Trash” folder and if the mailbox is completely full there may not be enough room to complete this action. To resolve this issue simply hold the Shift key while pressing the delete button. This will permanently delete the message/s in question, rather than moving them to the Trash folder.
