Configuring and Getting Started with Communicator…

Contact E Street Support for your Communicator Download. Once installed, Under Account Details you will enter your username (system email address) and password. NOTE: This is the same authentication info as your Communicator GO and login to your OSC web portal.
If you have a companion deskphone with your Communicator, check the box to manage calls to/from Communicator. If you will using Communicator as softphone (e.g.: you have a microphone, speaker, and camera installed on your computer), check the box to use Communicator as a softphone.
Set login server to: “hmv1.estreet.com” and check the box to “Use Proxy Settings from the Operating System”
